SHIPMENT STATUS
A few weeks ago, the containers carrying your Modular Bottles set sail from our factory, bound for both the EU and the US. They are currently en route to their respective destinations and will be arriving in the EU soon.
We are also excited to inform you that we have already commenced shipments directly from the factory to the rest of the world. This means that customers from various other regions can expect to receive their Modular Bottle orders in a timely manner. To ensure a smooth and informed delivery process, customers from these regions will start receiving tracking numbers and shipment details by email shortly.
SHIPPING TIMELINE
We're working diligently to ensure your orders reach you as swiftly as possible. Shipping to the EU and the US will start in early September, depending on the final logistics and arrival times. Unfortunately, there are variables in the shipping process that we cannot influence. These may include customs clearance, international regulations, and unforeseen delays during transit. While we've taken every precaution to expedite the process, we want to be transparent about the fact that these external factors may impact the exact delivery date.
