We hope this update finds you well and filled with excitement as we make significant strides toward bringing the TMB bottle to your hands. 

Today, we have important information to share regarding the insulation sleeve, issues with the flat cap, survey progress, estimated shipping timeline, and the Pro version photos. Let's dive right in!

 

Insulation sleeve


We understand the importance of the insulation sleeve for the TMB bottle, and we want to ensure it meets your expectations. Our team has been working diligently with our manufacturing partners to develop a top-quality sleeve that provides optimal insulation for your TMB bottle. We've received the samples, and these are looking great. As we will already be including a free strap with each bottle for all backers we've opted for a cleaner design on the sleeve. 

 

Flat Cap

We have made adjustments to the molds that produce the 'Flat Cap' to ensure a continuous flow of liquid while drinking and facilitate easy disassembly and cleaning.

Production timeline

As for the most eagerly awaited question of when the product will be ready to send to backers, while we initially expected an earlier timeline, we prioritize quality to ensure that the TMB bottle meets our high standards.

Based on estimations provided by our manufacturer, the entire production of standard bottles will be completed this month, and in July they will receive the Tall Glasses and finalize the Pro Packs.

Following production, the items will be shipped from the manufacturing facility by sea and are expected to arrive at distribution centers within approximately 4-6 weeks, depending on customs processing time. From the distribution centers, it will take an additional week for the items to reach you.

We understand that delays are not ideal, but it's important to note that each bottle is comprised of multiple parts that must fit together and the glossy parts are manually painted to achieve the desired rich color.

The team is working around the clock to have everything ready as soon as possible but each adjustment needs time and a lot of going back and forth. It is a new product, and all the parts have been custom-made for figuring out every detail, and working to fix it takes time. 

 

Survey progress

We know you are eager to complete yours, and we kindly ask for a little more patience as we work diligently behind the scenes to optimize the entire process. Rest assured that all backers will receive their surveys by June 22nd. We didn't push them faster, because of the delays caused by the manufacturing. Also, adding extra modules as the sleeve would have required backers to go through the process again.

What should you expect next?

Currently, we are in the process of preparing a video tutorial that demonstrates the proper usage of TMB and provides instructions on how to care for and utilize each component effectively. 

Once the glass arrives, we will also create an unboxing video featuring the Pro Pack to showcase its contents.
