Shipping Insights and Order Fulfillment Update

Our team hopes that all of you are well. We want to share some insights into the shipping process and where we stand with fulfilling your orders.

This month (November), we are actively shipping a total of 7,500 orders to backers all around the world. We understand your eagerness to receive your Modular Bottles, and we appreciate your patience as we work diligently to get them to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Process

First of all, we want to explain the shipping process to provide you with a better understanding. We have three centers from which the packages are being shipped, depending on the destination country.

From the US center, we are sending packages to the following countries: the US, Australia, Canada, Cayman Island, Curacao, Dominican Republic, Guadalupe, Indonesia, Jamaica, Kuwait, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, and the United Kingdom.

From the EU center, we are dispatching packages to the following countries: Argentina, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cote D'Ivoire, Chile, Columbia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czechia, Cyprus, Denmark, Ecuador, Estonia, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Iraq, Ireland, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Jersey, Kazakstan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lesotho, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mauritius, Moldova, Netherlands, New Caledonia, North Macedonia, Norway, Oman, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Reunion, Romania, Russia, Senegal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Uruguay.

From the China center, we are delivering packages to the following countries: Bahrain, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, and Vietnam.

Our sorting process begins with the backer number, and from there, we take into account the current stock levels in each region and the availability of courier services. Our team compiles lists daily and transmits them to our 3PLs (Third Party Logistics providers), with whom we maintain constant communication.

It's important to note that providing a precise status for each individual package is impossible. Once we send the lists to our 3PLs, including order details, shipping addresses, and all necessary information, they take over the processing. The timeline from this point depends on several factors, including the efficiency of regional couriers. They send us tracking numbers, which we manually verify, upload, and categorize. This complex process involves multiple steps and variables (e.g. packages can have missing information, can be returned, etc.) that we address on a daily basis, even on weekends, to expedite deliveries.

Our goal remains the same - to deliver all the packages to our backers by Christmas!

What if I Receive Only a Part of My Order? 

We want to assure you that if a portion of your order is missing (e.g. the Insulation Sleeve, extra glass, etc.), please do not panic. These items will be sent in a separate package. We have taken measures to ensure that all components of your order arrive safely and in good time.

Positive Feedback

We also got many positive feedback from backers who have already received their Modular Bottles. 

However, should you encounter any issues with your bottle upon receipt, please let us know at hello@modularbottle.com - we will promptly assist you. Our goal is for you to enjoy your Modular Bottle to the fullest.
