We trust this message finds you in great spirits, and we are eager to share an important update regarding TMB.

First and foremost, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support and patience throughout this journey. We acknowledge that we have exceeded the initial estimated delivery date, and we appreciate your understanding of the challenges we've encountered along the way.

The journey from development to production and, finally, to shipping TMB is a multifaceted process that involves various intricate components, some of which lie beyond our direct control, including customs procedures and logistics. However, rest assured, we are relentlessly committed to ensuring that the TMB you receive surpasses your expectations in quality and functionality.


Shipping has already begun in the Rest of the World regions, and many of our backers have started receiving their tracking numbers. Please be aware that sometimes tracking information is not updated immediately, but we want to reassure you that your TMB packages are en route, and tracking details will be refreshed in due course.


In the United States, the first container arrived just last week, and we are currently meticulously organizing shipments. This week, our first US backers will receive email notifications containing their tracking details, enabling you to closely monitor the progress of your delivery.


For our backers in the EU, we anticipate the arrival of the first container within the next two weeks. As soon as it arrives, and we finish the customs procedures, we will promptly initiate the shipping process to fulfill your orders without delay.


We want to reassure you that the products have been manufactured and sent to our distribution hubs. Our dedicated team is working diligently to organize and coordinate all aspects of the shipping process to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery experience for you. We are committed to ensuring that you receive your packages 100%, and we are dedicated to making this happen as soon as possible.
