We hope this message finds you well. Today, we are excited to share the latest details concerning TMB. The global shipping of your modular bottles is currently in progress, and we are excited to keep you informed about our ongoing advancements.
SHIPPING PROGRESS
Our shipping process is being carried out in batches. As of now, we have already shipped 3,000 packages in the United States, 1,200 packages in the rest of the world, and approximately 500 packages to EU. The EU shipments took a bit longer due to delayed container arrival and extended customs procedures. Nevertheless, we are actively working to expedite the process and estimate that 1,000-2,000 packages will be on their way to EU backers next week.
Our goal is to have every backer receive their orders in time for Christmas. We understand the anticipation and eagerness to enjoy your Modular Bottles, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding of the extensive nature of this project. We began mass shipping less than 10 months after the campaign ended, despite the setbacks encountered during the initial production runs in the summer, which required us to address issues related to caps and fittings. Though it felt like years, the campaign ended just at the beginning of this year. Since then, we've had to produce multiple molds and assemble items made from plastic, glass, and steel.
Please be assured that once we complete shipping for all packages, we will make an announcement. If, by any chance, you have not received your package at that time, you will be able to message us, and we will promptly address your concerns and ensure you receive your TMB.
Due to the intricate logistics involved in shipping to multiple regions and various package configurations, we must acknowledge the complexity of this process. Regrettably, we are unable to provide precise shipping dates for each package at this time. However, rest assured that we are committed to keeping you informed. We will provide exact shipping dates as soon as each package is ready and the shipping label is generated. We understand your anticipation and sincerely appreciate your patience during this stage.
WHAT IF THERE IS ANY ISSUE WITH MY TMB?
In the event that your TMB is damaged during transportation or arrives broken, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@modularbottle.com. Simply send pictures of the damaged package or product and we will promptly assist you.
